What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

📦 General Information

• All orders are usually shipped within five business days after the order is received. You may also choose in-store pickup at: 13620 NE 20th Street, Ste R, Bellevue WA 98005.

• Items available for ordering are usually in stock at the time of your order. However, if an item is found to be out of stock during processing, our customer service team will contact you.

• Orders shipped via UPS Ground may take an additional 5 business days to reach the U.S. West Coast.

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• We do not ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Box addresses. We also do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other overseas regions.

⚠️ Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for any duties and fees incurred during customs clearance. (Customs value is declared at full price before any discounts.)

❌ Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Delivery companies usually attempt delivery three times. If a package is refused, canceled during transit, or deemed undeliverable, we will charge a 15% fee based on the product price to cover return and shipping costs.

🚚 How much is shipping?

Within the United States:

• For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, starting at $5.00.

• Orders over $149 qualify for free 3–5 day shipping!

Shipping methods based on weight:

• Under 13 oz: USPS First Class Mail

• 13 oz to 3 lbs: USPS Priority Mail

• 3 lbs and above: USPS or UPS

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

🔁 How do I return an item?

We value and respect each customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return and refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Return Policy:

• Items must be shipped back within 30 calendar days of receiving the order. Late returns will not be accepted, and return shipping will be at your cost.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Items must be unopened, undamaged, in resellable condition, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return.

• Babesprouts reserves the right to determine if returned items are in resellable condition.

• All returns must be sent via UPS.

Unless the return is due to a quality issue, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
